MuseSteamer AI provides AI-powered multi-modal video generation services including but not limited to: 10-second 1080P video generation, synchronized audio-visual creation, Chinese semantic understanding, professional cinematography control, and dialect voice synthesis. We offer multiple service tiers including Turbo, Lite, Pro, and Audio editions. You may use our service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse our service or help anyone else to do so.

Our service allows you to upload, submit, store, and share content including images, text descriptions, and other materials for AI video generation. You retain all rights to your original input content but grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for providing and improving the service. For AI-generated video content, you receive usage rights subject to applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for any content you upload and must have the necessary rights to share that content.

MuseSteamer AI uses deep learning and multi-modal AI technologies to generate video content with synchronized audio, environmental sound effects, and human voice dialogue. AI-generated content may have inherent unpredictability, and we do not guarantee complete accuracy or suitability of generated content. You understand the limitations of AI-generated content, including possible technical errors and content variations. For content involving real person likenesses, you must ensure you have appropriate rights or necessary authorizations.

Our platform offers different service configurations: Turbo (720P with optimized character motion consistency), Lite (720P with 30-second rapid generation), Pro (1080P with cinematic-grade cinematography and lighting control), and Audio editions (supporting 8 dialect voice synthesis). Each tier has specific capabilities and usage limitations. Commercial usage requires appropriate licensing and compliance with intellectual property laws.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Given the nature of AI technology, we do not guarantee service continuity, perfection of generated content, or meeting your specific expectations.

In no event shall MuseSteamer AI, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service. For disputes related to AI-generated content, our liability is limited to refunding service fees.

You agree to use our service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and not to generate illegal, harmful, misleading, or rights-infringing content. For commercial use, you must ensure necessary authorizations and licenses are obtained. We reserve the right to review and remove inappropriate content and may suspend or terminate services for violating users.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MuseSteamer AI regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
